Q1. Can the OA system reduce the capacity usage?

Clients claimed that the time usage for backup is getting longer.

• Currently, there is no effective way for the system to reduce the capacity usage. However, you can choose to turn off some backup files, which can reduce the time you need to back up your system later. (Please note that if you close the backup files, you will be responsible for the loss of the physical files and will not be able to recover them.)
