Yes, it is possible. If you want to assign the same person with multiple departments / positions, you need to achieve through the “main and sub-account” function, which is a non-standard feature and need to be purchased additionally.
This same user will have two accounts, main and sub-account, corresponding to different departmental roles. When initiated the processing of approvals for workflow, he/she need to switch the account accordingly.
